  • Spare Part Order
    New graphic techniques allow for comfortable spare parts retrieval. For example the customer simply clicks on the illustration of the product and a 2D or 3D explosion drawing pops up where he can select the specific spare part by another click. The part number is automatically taken into the goods basket. That way the customer completes his order and the data are transferred subsequently to your SAP system, where applicable, together with the credit card information.
  • Credit Card Integration
    Besides the normal B2B payment method by invoice, also one time customers can be admitted in a web shop. For those customers are not recorded in a master file, credit card payment is preferred. For a safe credit card statement the clavis web shop uses the so called 3D secure technique. This procedure ensures that the buyer respectively the payer is in fact the credit card holder. Thus in case of a charge back a reversal accountability is enabled.
  • Lean Order Processing
    Customers with a high volume of orders can automate their order processing by implementing a silent commerce environment. Prerequisite for this feature is an interface between the IT systems of both business partners.     For some customers prebooked orders must be cleared by a central authority. For this purpose several shop users with different authorisations can be created referring to one SAP customer master. The prebooked order is held in the web shop and will be transferred into the SAP system not until the central approval.
